“We were using an array of solutions - Skype for Business, Webex, and we were also looking at BlueJeans and Microsoft Teams. But those solutions are so bloated with hardware, and we wanted a completely hardware-free approach and really make it about the power of the software. ... And that’s where I think Zoom really hits the nail on the head. They designed their solution to leverage the software and the organization’s network, which is why I believe it works so seamlessly.”

“The Zoom integration with Microsoft Outlook was a key addition for us. We can schedule a meeting with just one click of a button. The integration with Outlook has also been very useful for our employees who like to sign into their email and immediately be able to see who’s online and who’s offline, with Zoom we have that capability.”
