A Leader: Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS, Worldwide

For the fifth year in a row, Zoom is a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS, Worldwide. We’re proud to be recognized by Gartner as we feel it reflects our ongoing dedication to the innovation of our UCaaS offerings, which include Zoom AI Companion, Team Chat, Phone, Meetings, and Contact Center.

We believe the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ report is a valuable resource for IT leaders. The report provides insight into enterprise technology providers like unified communications within specific markets and measures providers based on their completeness of vision and ability to execute. 

It’s an honor to be included as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for UCaaS, Worldwide for the fifth time. A top performer in Critical Capabilities and Use Cases
