Zoom & GSA

Today we’re excited to announce that Zoom has expanded our list of solutions currently available on the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70, which now includes the FedRAMP-approved version of Zoom Phone and an expanded variety of Zoom Webinars licenses, as well as commercial Zoom Workplace packages, Zoom Events, Zoom Phone Power Pack, and more.

Zoom & GSA

GSA Schedule 70 serves as a contracting vehicle, connecting the public sector with more than 11 million private sector services, equipment, and supplies. As a long-term, government-wide contract, GSA helps equip federal, state, and local government employees with modern and advanced tools that enable them to get their best work done.

Zoom’s work with GSA began back in 2018 when we first announced that Zoom for Government would be available on GSA Schedule 70 through our public sector distributor Carahsoft. With today’s announcement, we’re excited to continue our work with GSA and Carahsoft to expand government workers’ access to the collaboration solutions they need to succeed in today’s digital landscape.

Tailored solutions for today’s public sector

Today’s government users can leverage solutions included in either our Zoom for Government or Zoom commercial platforms, depending on the needs of their organization.

Zoom for Government delivers an intuitive and secure experience similar to what commercial Zoom users know, with the only difference being that Zoom for Government is designed to comply with the specific requirements of the U.S. federal government. Both versions of the platform are scalable and flexible, giving today’s governmental organizations the technology they need to achieve their goals while still helping to protect important information shared across the platform.

Zoom for Government has been authorized at the FedRAMP Moderate Level. It has received Provisional Authorization (PA) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) for the Department of Defense (DoD) at Impact Level 4 (IL4) and an Authorization to Operate (ATO) from the Department of the Air Force for conducting IL4 meetings. Zoom for Government also supports HIPAA, CJIS, and CMMC compliance requirements, and has achieved a StateRAMP Moderate authorization.
